Redz Ion Body Kit

The Smart Parts Ion body kits all tend to look the same to me, but the Redz kit actually looks pretty cool. Info from Redz:

REDZ ANNOUNCES A NEW ION® BODY CONVERSION KIT

Medford, NJ – Redz International announces the creation of a brand new three-piece body kit for the Smart Parts Ion®. This new body kit is not just a one-piece body, but a total aesthetic conversion for the Ion®, with a new body, a front regulator shroud, and a new, highly styled, 45-degree grip.

The body kit was made using specifications supplied by Smart Parts for reliability and the truest fit possible to the Ion’s internals and frame. Made of durable composite materials, Redz ensured that the well-known light weight of the Smart Parts Ion® would remain intact. The regulator shroud was designed to not just change the looks, but enhance comfort when holding the marker for longer periods of time. Finally, Redz designed a new 45 degree grip that is a work of art in and of itself, sporting Redz’ “Rip-Stripe” reference design for 2007. All three parts completely change the look of the Ion.

The Ion® Body Conversion Kit is one of two comprehensive groups of upgrades that Redz International has created for Ion® markers. Other upgrades include the already-well-known Triggerz, ASAs with Railz, Cam-Lock feed necks, Pepper Stickz Barrels, and the Redz Ion® Boltz.

We started making our Hard Partz for it, and after we put our aftermarket parts in there and put a Pepper Stick on it, it didn’t even feel like it was an Ion® anymore. Now, with the body kit, it barely resembles the Ion’s® original form too. The Ion® is a fine marker that has already hit the stratosphere in terms of its performance-per-dollar. Now Redz is propelling the Ion® even further, straight out of the sky and into space.”

The Ion Body Conversion Kit will be available very soon, in four colors: red, black, blue, and olive.
